currently facing a union organizing campaign They do not currently have a

a What are the basic differences, from the employer’s
(management) viewpoint, in operating in a union-free environment vs a
unionized environment? (How might the roles of management and employees change
with a union – for example selection and promotion of employees, discipline,
disputes, compensation etc)

b What are management representatives permitted to say and
do during the campaign? What, if any, actions or statements are prohibited by
management? Explain why Include the potential ramification of illegal
management actions
