Human expression is the method in how one (or a group) communicates to others utilizing language, music, art, writing, physical movement, emotions, and the like. We are all emotional beings, more emotional than we seem to realize ( Emotions Human Expression, n.d., para. 1). There are challenges within the workplace, especially in how the upper echelon communicates with the individual contributors that transcends the cultural and community infrastructure. When effective communication is lacking within the organization, frustration ensues. Environmental frustration is when environmental obstacles frustrate the satisfaction or motives by making it difficult or impossible for a person to attain his [/ her] goal (para. 10).
