Are local police able to enforce our rights under the United States Constitution?There is a reason we have different levels of law enforcement.For example, the FBI can’t give you a speeding ticket.On the other hand, a local cop isn’t able to charge you with tax evasion.Do you feel these restrictions regarding jurisdiction are a good thing?
