B. Companies: 4 or 5 motivational factors

Perform several searches on the internet and find what kind of incentives are offered to the employees working in the IT/software industry.

1. Select 4 – 5 number of motivations (motivational factors) for companies and

As a result of these searches, you will find a very large number of incentives.

Select a few of them based on some criteria: for example:

– based on the size of the company,

– on the profile/relevance of the company,

– on your own preferences, etc.

a. Try to see if you can find common factors across many companies. For example,

some companies offer very high salaries/pay. Thus, we can say that high

salary is a common motivational factor in a number of companies.

b. If you cannot find 4-5 factors, which are common across many companies,

select several factors which you consider relevant.

c. Create an ordered list with these factors by sorting them starting with

the common ones and then continuing with the ones you consider relevant.

  

d. Select the top 4-5 motivational factors from the list created at c. above.

Outline these factors and to explain in a brief manner why you have selected them.
