Ministry is not a one-man enterprise. It is an undertaking that takes a community. This paper was designed to help you become a better minister (administrator) by learning from another minister and another manager; hearing about their failures and successes in their line of work.
This paper should include information gathered by doing an interview of a minister in your local area and a manager of a business (i.e., Wal-Mart, a bank, a grocery store, a department store, etc.,—this business should have at least 5 different full-time employees). You should compare and contrast the different administration styles between the minister and the manager to see the similarities and differences between the church and the business world.
This paper should be approximately 4–5 pages in length, and should be accompanied by a properly formatted cover page. Moreover, this paper should state that you interviewed a minister and a manager of some sort. This paper is to follow Turabian guidelines and should be presented without any grammatical or spelling errors.
