In case of the five-factor model, the five aspects of a personality can be given as extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and openness. When we talk about the traits of being extraversion, it will include characteristics of being talkative, being quite expressive and having good social skills. On the other hand, kindness, trust, and affection are associated with the agreeableness. Higher control over the impulses, thoughtfulness and goal-directed behavior are observed with conscientiousness personalities. Lastly, neuroticism mainly reflects the ability to experience the emotional stability; characteristics of imagination are dealt in openness.

When we talk about the position of a management trainee, the most i9mportant traits can be considered as, extraversion, conscientiousness, and openness. The management trainees are considered to be the budding or future managers. In order to prove a good manager in future, it is important for a person to have good communication skills so that he or she can communicate effectively with the team members thus it requires the person to be extraversion.
