Investigate Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Within a Project Setting
From the results of your research and analysis of fiduciary responsibility, you determine that there is a need to attain a clear and definitive knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance measures. You will assemble a presentation for management at their request that will explain Sarbanes-Oxley and its direct and indirect effects it might have on your project. You will be looking for the effect SOX could have on your project. You will need to research SOX and identify the potential effects on your project or any project if not your own project.
