Using a systematic and critical approach, critically evaluate why mentors are accountable for confirming that student have met or not met the NMC competencies.
This should be based on accountability and resposibility of the sign off mentors in the assessment at the final interview.(at the end of the programme)
It must show a considerable ability to apply theory to practice.
