Technology ‘Diffusion’
Technology Diffusion is an umbrella term to describe the spread of technology. Notable driving forces are: economic gains, political advantages, human curiosity or satisfaction, etc.
The media of diffusion varies from personal communication, education, scholarly exchanges to industry espionage.
It may follow the trend of the S-curve.
