I was at a dinner the other night and the conversation revolved around disruptive technologies. the whole conversation was new to me and I found that I really didn’t understand the issues involved. After dinner my friend, Susan, suggested that I read a couple of articles by Clay Christensen. She told me that he was the leading authority in the field. She suggested the following two articles because the first one defines the problem a the second one offers a solution framework. I do’t have to time to read them this week so I am asking you to read and summarize the articles for me.
