Traditional and new media communications

In the recent 2016 US presidential elections, presidential candidates Hilary Clinton and Donald Trump used both traditional and new media, including social media, to debate on national issues.

• a) Evaluate and discuss which of the media – traditional or new media, was more effective in communicating the messages that the candidates wanted to bring across to the voters. Illustrate your analysis with relevant examples.
• b) Language and structure – ensure that the essay is written in a coherent and logical manner and is grammatically written with appropriate vocabulary.
• c) Citations and Reference List – ensure you have consulted relevant reading materials (at least three), provided citation according to the APA style and that you have included a list of references.
