The introduction focused on acquainting the reader with the topic, controversy and thesis. The Review of Literature followed with emphasis on source ideas on either side of the controversy. Now, in this assignment, you will write a minimum of three to four body paragraphs that emphasizes your support of the thesis. Note that the body is a major portion of the paper so be sure it is comprehensive and written according to the form that is explained in “Lesson 3: The Body Paragraphs.”
At a minimum, this portion of the paper should be around 450-600 words (for three paragraphs); a body section of this length will meet the minimum requirementsof the assignment, thus does not earn an A, unless the work is fully developed, and usually that would take more than the minimum verbiage. Also, please do not take the review of literature and rework it into the body. The body is an entirely separate portion placed after the review of literature’s conclusion. The study guide and syllabus are extremely helpful.
In constructing these paragraphs, please note the detailed guidelines of the syllabus/study guide as to what should be included. Understand that each paragraph requires these items in order to be deemed a well-constructed one.
