Everyone enjoys the ability to be acknowledged. Even the person that says” no, no; you shouldn’t have” is grateful inside that their effort was noticed.

Companies have to become more creative in saying “thank you” by showing their employees some form of appreciation. I believe a kind word along with increased communication will dispel a lot of misunderstanding. What do you think?
